Some people are not made for this business and they can actually be worse than not having anyone at all. Who am I talking about? I mean the person who is high maintenance. You here about high maintenance women but there are also high maintenance downline members. These are people who always have a problem and always have a complaint. These people waste so much of your time that it would be better if they weren’t even around. You would be better off going door to door selling soap or cosmetics than you would having these people bug you all the time. They can’t do anything on their own and they call all the time with questions and concerns so you can’t get any of your business done. These people are not good mlm leads or even great mlm leads.

The best mlm leads are people who understand this is a business and treat it as such. They know sometimes there are obstacles to making a business run and a person just needs to get through them. If the business was easy everybody would be doing it.

These last people are the ones you want to run your mlm business with. They can learn and they can solve problems. These are the type of people you need for a MLM lead.   They can help you take your business as far as you want.  The ones to stay away from will only take your business down.

So what kind of person makes a good candidate for your MLM business. The thing about MLM is that most people see the potential pay out and think they can get rich without really doing any work. As you know this is far from the truth. Like anything good in life you must work to find success and you must work on the right things. A lot of people think they can join a program and miraculously they will be rich. It is like the people who buy an internet marketing course and then leave the book on their bookshelf. I guess they think the learning can occur by osmosis. MLM leads that are successful do not think this way.

The type of people you want for your downline are the ones who want to build a business and who know that nothing good comes without work. But if they have the mentality that they won’t do anything extra in their daily job they probably won’t work very hard in their own business. If they don’t work in their business that won’t help you.
